MERCHANDISE, SERVICES AND PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

However, should errors occur, COMPETITIVE CAMERAS reserves the right to correct those errors prior to consummating a purchase with a buyer who is transacting through this website. INVENTORY AND ORDER FULFILLMENT

Our inventory changes from moment to moment. It is therefore possible that merchandise that you order via this website will show to be in stock when, in fact, it is out of stock. If this occurs in connection with an order you place, we will notify you as quickly as possible and in any case by not later than the next business day.

If we cannot immediately ship an order that you have placed, we will offer you the option of, a.) keeping the order on file and filling it when the merchandise you order is back in stock or, b.) cancelling the transaction.

With the exception of pre-orders as set forth below, will not charge your credit or debit card until we ship your order.

For merchandise that is out of stock, we will use our best efforts give you a date when it will again be available. But merchandise availability will always be in the hands of our manufacturers and suppliers and we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of the information that they provide to us.

PRE-ORDERS FOR HIGH-DEMAND MERCHANDISE

Frequently, when manufacturers announce the coming release of a new item, initial demand for that item far exceeds the supply available for retail sale.

In such situations, COMPETITIVE CAMERAS will accept pre-orders on a first, come, first served basis. To secure your delivery position on a high-demand item, we will require a deposit equal to ten percent of the retail price. When we are able to fill your order, we will charge your debit or credit card for the remaining balance due and ship your order.

Should you decide that you no longer want to hold a delivery position for a high-demand item, you may so notify us prior to us shipping your order and we will refund your deposit to the same credit or debit card to which it was charged.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY

COMPETITIVE CAMERAS accepts payments via MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover. If prior arrangements are made, COMPETITIVE CAMERAS will also accept payments via wire transfer or via the Automated Clearing House (ACH). International orders require prior arrangements. Contact COMPETITIVE CAMERAS at sales@competitivecameras.com to make arrangements for international orders.

We do not charge your account until we ship your order.

In most cases, orders received for in-stock merchandise by 2:00 p.m. Central Time in the United States Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received for in-stock merchandise on Saturday, Sunday and holidays will ship the next business day. We ship via the most economical means available consistent with the exigencies attendant to a particular order. In most cases, that will be UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

We will, at our discretion, sometimes require shipping insurance on high-ticket items. If insurance is required, the cost will added to the shipping cost of your order. We will, also at our discretion, sometimes require a delivery confirmation signature by an adult at the shipping address who is over the age of 18 years.

All orders are FOB at our shipping door in Dallas, Texas USA. Damage to merchandise incurred as a result of shipping is the responsibility of the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility, upon the receipt of merchandise, to inspect the merchandise and the packaging for damage and to report any damage to the carrier immediately.

For purposes of the foregoing paragraph, shipping charges are, regardless of how they are accounted for on the purchase receipt, considered to be a part of the price of the merchandise being purchased and are therefore paid by the buyer. In cases where COMPETITIVE CAMERAS offers “free shipping,” the cost of the shipping should be considered as a discount on the purchase price of the merchandise.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If your merchandise is defective upon your receipt of it, and if the defect is not the result of damage caused by shipping, we will make arrangements for you to return the merchandise to us. Upon our receipt of the returned merchandise, we will ship an identical replacement to you at our expense. If an identical replacement is not available, we will allow you to elect to choose other merchandise of similar value or a refund of the price you paid plus any taxes or shipping.

IN-STORE PICKUP OF ONLINE ORDERS

Unless prior arrangements are made, COMPETITIVE CAMERAS will require that the person whose name is on the credit or debit card used to place an online order and the person presenting himself/herself at our store to pick up the order be one-in-the-same person. We will require that a government-issued identification be presented by persons picking up online orders in person at our store.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We will accept returns of merchandise only if the merchandise has not been used and is in the original undamaged box or package and all items included in the original box or package are in their original shipping condition (i.e. shrink wraps and internal package seals have not been broken, etc.); and only if warranty forms and/or registration forms have not been completed.

The foregoing notwithstanding, some items – including light-sensitive products and digital media – will not be eligible for return or refund. Some items will require a re-stocking charge.

Returns will not be accepted until you have received from us a Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions as to how to ship the merchandise to us. Always contact us before returning merchandise. In cases other than those involving the return of defective merchandise, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase. No exceptions to this can be made
